What is the Citizen Card?
It is a program of exclusive benefits for Citizens of Municipalities. Designed to facilitate management through a member access portal and a Mobile Application.
Who can participate in the program?
Any individual over the age of 18 can participate in the program or, failing that, anyone who has proof of identity and who resides in the Municipality.
How does it work?
From the Android app store download the APP, then enter the Web Portal, register and scan the QR code. From that moment you will be able to access all the benefits.

Check in at civic centers (sports fields, gymnasiums, swimming pools and recreation centers)
Anti-panic button
Anti-panic button for emergency cases, connected to the monitoring center, with geo localization.

Access to discounts and exclusive promotions in stores and shopping centers in the area.

Management of online procedures, request turn to perform any procedure in public offices and institutions

Citizen complaint (Traffic accident/Life risk/Others that occur)
